No Refund Policy

All purchases of credits on ResumeBox are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you agree to this no-refund policy.

1. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

  • Digital Service: Credits are used for digital analysis services that are consumed immediately upon use. Once analysis results are delivered, the service is complete.
  • AI Processing Costs: Each analysis uses API calls to AI services that incur real costs on our end, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the result.
  • Credit Usage: Credits are deducted only when you submit a resume for analysis. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and never expire.

2. What This Means

  • Once you purchase a credit pack, the transaction is final.
  • If you use credits for analysis, those credits are consumed and cannot be restored.
  • Unused credits remain in your account and can be used at any time in the future.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error (e.g., charged twice for the same purchase).
  • Credits purchased but the service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.

All exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Before You Buy

We encourage you to:

  • Use your free credits (provided on signup) to test the service before purchasing.
  • Review the analysis results and understand the quality of our AI suggestions.
  • Contact our support team if you have any questions before making a purchase.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
