2. Service Description

ResumeBox provides AI-powered resume analysis and optimization services. Users upload their resumes and receive AI-generated feedback, suggestions, and optimized resume PDFs. The service requires an active account and sufficient credits for analysis.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
  • You may not share your account with others.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased and deducted per resume analysis.
  • New users receive free credits upon signup as specified in the current pricing.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to your uploaded resumes. By uploading content, you grant us permission to process it for the purpose of providing the analysis service. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Uploading malicious files or attempting to disrupt the service.
  • Using automated tools to bypass credit requirements or abuse the system.
  • Uploading content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Resume analysis results are AI-generated suggestions and should be reviewed critically. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success as a result of using our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

ResumeBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific analysis giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
